Suburban Ford Collision of Waterford

Having my car fixed at this dealership has been the worst car experience of my life. Dylan is the worst customer service person I have ever had to deal with. There was no customer service and after having my car for 4 and half months there was ownership taken in the fact that my vehicle was still not ready. Then when I’m finally able to get my car it is given back to me with 23 miles of gas left in it mind you there was more than half a tank in my car when I took it in 4 and a half months ago and the icing on the cake… MY CAR WAS GIVEN BACK TO ME WITH NO LICENSE PLATE ON!!!! The whole time these people were rude and Inconsiderate and do not care even an ounce at the situation at hand! I am utterly disgusted about this place of business! I don’t know what kind of operation the manager is running but if this is how he’s gonna let his employees treat his customers that whole location should be shut down! Google makes you leave atleast one star and this location and Dylan do not even deserve that!

The manager Matt and his team took great care of me! From dealing with the insurance company, to giving me updates, to getting my car back when they promised it, they were professional and kind. When I got my car back it looked like it was brand new! They cleaned it, shined it up for me and got me back on the road quickly. Would definitely recommend them if you ever unfortunately need body work done after an accident!

Matt and Suburban Ford Collision did an outstanding job on my new Ford Bronco. I had a bumper issue that I could not figure out and Matt helped me out and was able to help me under my warranty. Everything was very smooth, got done in exactly the quoted amount of time, and my car came back sparkling clean from the interior to the tires. I can't say to enough people how happy I have been with Suburban from my initial purchase all the way through their collision service.

What an amazing new facility you have and conveniently located. My experience was excellent. From the friendly initial estimate to coordinating with my insurance company and Enterprise Car Rental, to good communication during the 4 days they had my car, the entire experience not only met my expectations but exceeded them. They made everything look good as new INCLUDING washing my car on the outside and the inside. That was a great surprise and bonus. Friendly, Fast, Accessible and Connected. Took them 3 months to get my truck done. Initially done incorrect as they put the wrong bumpers on. They then hurried to get the right ones on. Right ones were damaged on day one, i was busy. Brought it back in to be fixed a week and a half later, was promised a rental TRUCK. Got a Corolla. Manager decided to blame me for the damages that were specifically wrong with it the first time I picked it up. I have photos of the problems on day one. Lack of communication, lack of professionalism, lack of quality. After it was all said and done however, they did give me a complimentary set of rear mud flaps, and the final product turned out nice. After three months of limited/bad estimated completions and back to back to back to back errors i can’t even think of a worse experience I’ve had.
