I own a 2022 Honda Accord and have been coming to this dealership for oil changes since I bought the car. Every visit has been smooth, with fast service and friendly staff. Recently, I came in because of a tire issue and needed a new rim covered under my protection plan. I had previously been rear-ended, which caused some damage to my wheel well. I never even considered that the damage might also be covered by insurance, but AJ took the initiative to look into it for me. While he couldn’t guarantee anything, he was willing to try and he followed through. From keeping me updated on the status of my rim order to scheduling my appointment as soon as it arrived, AJ made the entire process incredibly easy. Throughout the process, I called several times for updates, and he was always patient, helpful, and happy to answer my questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and consistently took the time to explain where everything stood. He’s also continued working with the insurance company, resubmitting documentation and exploring every possible avenue to help get the body damage repaired as well. During my most recent visit, AJ also made sure transportation was taken care of by coordinating with Matt from the shuttle service so I had a ride while my car was being worked on. My dad and I both agreed that AJ provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. We both felt as if it was his own car, the way he cared about it being fixed. Honda is lucky to have someone as genuine, charismatic, and diligent as AJ

We had an excellent experience working with Sharif while helping my mom purchase her Honda CR-V. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and genuinely attentive to our needs. The mechanic cut a hole into my left side inner fender to gain access to the oil filter. Did not ask. Did not say anything about it. That is not professional at all. Want to have the inner fender replaced. This is not acceptable for a new ridge line. The dealership has corrected the problem. They were professional when I brought it to their attention.
