A week before moving to Ladysmith, someone smashed my car window (for the first time, too - so I had no idea what I needed to do). I was ten levels of burned out and scattered and Drew was extremely helpful and patient, even through me struggling to figure out my calendar and even calling him the wrong name. He talked me through everything and made sure I had all the right info when I made my insurance claim. Likewise when I went in, Andrew was extremely polite and accomodating. Extremely quick service, too! I was extremely stressed and the last thing I needed was someone breaking into my car. The people at Suburban Lincoln really helped mitigate this misery with their excellent service. Much thanks!

Chris Brookes at this location is probably the most generic scummy sales rep you can think of... He called my significant other to bring her in and discuss her contract only to yell at her for being in dept and not wanting more dept. He refused to listen and discuss the contract at all and tried to push a new car on her when she clearly stated on the phone she is not intrested in any way of financing a new car. He proceeded to yell at her to get out of his office and insult her. Absolutely the most disrespectful scummy sales rep.
