Excellent experience! Worked with Tim and both Ryan’s! This was my first stop in car shopping and ended up being where I went back to after visiting multiple car dealerships. There was no run around. They were upfront about all costs and charges- no hidden fees or charges. I drove away in a new jeep compass with plates, registration, and inspection sticker all taken care of- all at a price that was as close as they could get to what I was looking for. They even took my old plates and returned those. They work with a scrap yard that gave me money for my old car to go towards my lease. They are handling the pick up of that car. Everyone was very friendly. My son came with me - everyone engaged with him as well, remembering his name too when we went back. I couldn’t ask for a better experience for my first lease! Proud first time Jeep driver! (It’s a compass… but can I still get ducked? 🤣) Thank you Tim, Ryan and Ryan!!!

A small family owned business right off RT 128. Very friendly and helpful staff. Found what we were looking for on line and spoke to the sales guy Blake over the phone as it was a 2 1/2 hour drive. He was very upfront and honest. Came down and took the used Jeep Wrangler for a ride and came up with a price we both thought was fair. All in all had a great experience doing business with Sudbay. I would recommend them for your next vehicle.

By far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. At this point I’ve bought 2 cars and 4 trucks and Sudbay made the process easy. I hate salesmen, but this transaction felt more like customer service. No tactics just factics. I was on the hunt for a new black Sahara 4xe with Sky One Touch and I’m glad this is the only dealer I found that had it simply because of their customer service. They got me around the price I was expecting, they didn’t push any other vehicle onto me in order to get the price we wanted, and I only spent a total of 3 hours at the dealership. First time Jeep owner here and glad I found one to match the bike.

I would suggest using caution when purchasing a used vehicle here. Right on the Sudbay website they promote that "Each used Jeep undergoes a detailed inspection process". Here I am, less than 9 months after purchasing and staring down $2k of repair costs for corroded oil pan, corroded oil adapter, corroded wiring on backup sensor. One would think the "detailed inspection" would have found those corrosion issues. I guess not.

I've been looking at a new jeep for months. Finally had the chance to come in on a Friday. Blake was wonderful! Very professional and good sense of humor. Was able to test drive the car and trade in my old car. Blake made the process very easy and quick! Got my new car within days. Blake went over the cars safety tools and everything regarding the car before I left the lot. I would highly recommend Blake if you're looking for a car!
