Thank you Rahul! I want to express my deepest gratitude to Rahul our salesman, and Nick in finance. Nick was incredibly easy to work with. It felt like he had everything figured out in seconds with the purchase of our new car. He was also incredibly quick and kind when responding to questions. Rahul absolutely went above and beyond our expectations. Friday, Nov 07 I was in a full blown panic attack after learning that our only means of transportation was no longer drivable. Saturday morning we took a trip to Sudbury Hyundai, after being given rave reviews by friends. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, the process felt easy and smooth. I’ve never purchased a new vehicle before and honestly didn’t know how to go about starting. There were so many options and Rahul took the time to show us everything. (I know that’s literally his job) but this felt different. I’ve gone to car dealerships before or mechanics, and when I ask a question, the answer would always be directed to my husband instead. Rahul treated both myself and my husband as equal and while it’s something that should be normal, it often isn’t. We went in with a plan of going to multiple dealerships that day and after meeting Rahul, we knew he needed to be who we bought our vehicle from. Even still, while we were set and ready to drive off that day, he still offered for us to go home and think it over. And he made sure that every step of the way, we were still within our budget. We picked up our vehicle yesterday (Tuesday) and we have been in love with it ever since. Rahul even came in on his day off to make sure we could pick up the car so I could attend a work meeting. To the other women, or other marginalized people that are anxious about who to trust, go and see Rahul. You won’t regret it.

Wouldn't recommend Sudbury hyundai. I had an apt with Sean Wilson to try and price out a new Tuscon. Not only did he seem extrmely fake, trying to be relatable telling me stories about how his wife drives a tuscon, but when i spoke up about something I didnt agree with, he seemed borderline defensive and on the verge of snapping at the fact that I was an informed buyer that wasnt willing to be ripped off. As I was waiting i was looking at the exact same vehicle in the showroom with a displayed price of 40k. After a test drive I get a quote if 45k. His excuse: we have a block heater installed. Funny when I declined he called me a few days later pulling the classic line "oh I talked with my manager and was able to drop the price to 40k" lol Aother thing about Sudbury Hyundau is the accessories page. They price accessories by monthly payments so if you get floor liners its not a fixed price, its 4.35/month. Wether you go with a 3 year term or 8 years meaning you could pay anywhere from 156$-417$+ the interest rate for the same product. A complete scam. Im not sure if they though I was some low iq clown but id recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I brought my car in for a service, they were able to get me in same day. Made the whole process simple and clear. I appreciated that they were very transparent about the process and costs. I had the chances to interact with a few different employees in different roles and each representative was friendly, thorough and professional. I had an overall great experience. I just picked up my brand new Hyundai Tucson from Sudbury Hyundai and I couldn’t be happier. This is my third vehicle from them, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. I bought my very first car there in 2014 and they had it ready the same day when I urgently needed it. That level of care has never changed. I did try another brand once, and honestly, it didn’t compare — I came back to Hyundai very quickly. Driving my new Tucson now, I’m reminded why I trust them so much. I absolutely love my vehicle and feel so safe in it. A huge thank you to Joshua Piela for being truly exceptional. He created such a calm, no-pressure environment and made this experience genuinely exciting and stress-free. They’ve earned a lifelong customer. Highly, highly recommend.

I recently purchased my brand new 2025 Santa Fe Ultimate Calligraphy from Darren at Sudbury Hyundai, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and completely zero-pressure, which I appreciated so much. I was originally there to put my name on a Palisade but due to vehicle delivery wait times, I decided to check out my options that were currently on the lot. And let me tell you... I did not feel like I was settling. I unexpectedly was in love with the Sante Fe. Darren showed me 3 vehicles in total and I could clearly tell he was very knowledgeable on each one.
