I attended the “Know Your Car Night” at Mitsubishi Sudbury yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience! The event, hosted by The Car Lady, was very informative and fun. She explained everything clearly from understanding dashboard lights to basic maintenance and safety tips making it easy for everyone to follow along. The Mitsubishi Sudbury team was also very welcoming and organized, creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. It was a great opportunity to learn more about my car and feel more confident behind the wheel. Highly recommend Know Your Car Night to all car owners thank you Mitsubishi Sudbury and The Car Lady for hosting such a great event!

Had a terrific experience with Jae at Sudbury Mitsubishi. Also dealt with Mitch & Aaron along the way who were fantastic as well. Jae was energetic and enthusiastic from the start. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to cover all the details and answer all my questions. He made this new purchase extremely easy and flawless from beginning to end. His customer service was top notch and was always friendly. He was organized and always on the ball despite his heavy workload. I didn't feel rushed or pressured by Jae which i truly appreciated. Highly recommend asking for Mitch if you’re looking for a vehicle. He made the whole process easy, zero pressure, and actually took the time to answer questions honestly instead of just trying to make a sale.
