Jesse got all the inspection and car history reports for us and had the vehicle clean and ready to test drive before we even got there. He was so down to earth and organized and knowledgeable. I really recommend him for sales! Stephanie in finance is fast and thorough. She had plates and registration right there at the dealership so we didn't even have to go to the DMV. This dealership is a one stop shop. I'm really impressed that they do full inspections on their used vehicles and provide them to customers. Highly recommend!!!

The car buying experience at Chrysler in Winona went extremely well. Skyler and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Skyler went out of his way to explain the features of the vehicle and answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!

Went looking for a specific vehicle and couldn’t find anything local, so we/I started looking further beyond and came across our vehicle we’ve been looking for here at Winona Chrysler in Winona, MN. Sept. ‘25, Winona Chrysler is in the process of building a brand new building and showroom. They have moved in with Ford dealership. The dealership is a little difficult to give 5 stars and difficult to give a low rating hence the 4-star rating. (Would probably give them a 3.5 star rating if there was such a rating) Communications and people skills working with the agent we used could’ve been much better. Originally we were reached out to about our vehicle and scheduling of test drives, but anything after that, the communications were spotty back and forth. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, we sat by the agents desk for almost an hour and our agent was with us for maybe 10 minutes total. On finding a vehicle, this dealership is one of the very few that had our make/model in stock. They contract with car rental companies and get returned rental vehicles they turn around and sell. This is where a 5-stars rating is given. We/I didn’t drive the vehicle off the lot when we purchased the vehicle. With it being a rental, Winona Chrysler agreed/negotiated a few fixes (that didn’t need up getting fixed). We signed paperwork and left the vehicle with the dealer. Upon signing paperwork, we were told the vehicle would have specialty plates on it when picked up; they had the specialty plate on hand. But when we went to go get the vehicle, they said the plates would be mailed. This along with other miscues in communication get them a lower than 3-stars rating. Overall, a solid 4-star rating. If you’re looking for specific vehicles, better move quick, these vehicles at Winona Chrysler are “hot” and “moving quick”

I worked with Andy Puetz and Jesse Brown recently. The most notable experience was when I forgot to pick up my van which was serviced that day before the dealership closed. I took a shot and called 45 minutes after close and Jesse picked up the call. He was working late. I explained the situation, he came and picked me up and brought me to the dealership! It was excellent after hours service. A few days later I decided to buy a vehicle. I didn’t even look at another dealership because I knew I wanted to buy a car at Chrysler Winona. Thank you to Skyler and Chrysler staff for helping us get into a new vehicle quickly and making to experience painless after our accident! Chrysler took the uneasiness of dealing with insurance out of the equation for us! We love our new car, they checked all the boxes when getting us what we wanted.
