Honest, trustworthy, and just an all-around good guy, no games, no pressure, just real service. We already had our financing lined up, and Joe respected that. He made the entire process seamless. From test drive to final deal, we were in and out in about two hours, with a deal we couldn’t refuse. That level of efficiency is rare these days. What really sets him apart is what happens after the sale. Every time I come in for service, Joe still checks in, offering a drink, popcorn, or just making sure I’m good. Joseph was an exceptional salesperson. Not only did he answer all my questions, but he handled the entire purchase with ease. The whole team—including the finance manager and the rest of the sales staff—worked together to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I traded in my 2023 Kia Forte GT, and they handled the process without any issues whatsoever. I honestly do not agree with any of the one-star reviews posted because my experience was so seamless. I am already planning on returning with my girlfriend to purchase her vehicle there as well.

The cars are amazing and have wonderful features. The salesman (John Rivers, thank you!) was patient and explained everything well.
