I contacted Daniel when my vehicle went down beyond repair. Within 24 hours Daniel and his team had sourced me a vehicle that fit my requirements perfectly. To describe just what lengths they went through to get me the vehicle, it was sourced from a dealership in Northwest Alberta. 48 hours after initial contact, low interest rate approval had been acquired and documents signed. I've never been a person to purchase a vehicle, sight unseen, much less out of province, but Daniel and Joel kept me informed every step of the way. When the truck finally arrived, Daniel and Joel pulled out all of the stops to ensure my truck would be delivered in "show room" condition and they did not disappoint! Despite some challenges with transit times, the team at Sun Auto never once made me feel like just another number. Their customer service and ability to address and rectify issues is top tier! I'll be sure to continue doing business with them and referring friends and family. My next car will be purchased with this team for sure. I have dealt with sun auto 3 times and each time I got the same broker he was awesome unfortunately ive been so busy I can't remember his name but he's the best. He listens to u and will get u something in your budget range. Im driving a 2018 Hyundai Kona now but each car I got was awesome on gas including the one I have now.
