I’ve been extremely impressed with Ryan and the service team at Sun country Toyota over the past few years. They have proven themselves to be consistently professional, honest, knowledgeable, and respectful. They have also truly gone above and beyond on several occasions and by helping me on short notice, repairing a slow leaky tire within a few hours, addressing a squeaky door issue right away, and even buffing up minor scrapes at no cost. They have provided me with exceptional customer service and are a team I genuinely trust. I highly recommend them.

I went into Sun Country Toyota dealership with New Port Richey with the intention of trading in my vehicle and exploring my options. While they did appraise my car, the process quickly went downhill. Before showing me any vehicles, discussing pricing, or even asking which car I was interested in, they attempted to pull my credit. The finance manager immediately launched into a generic speech about my loan being “upside down” and insisted on a down payment—without having worked any numbers, identified a vehicle, or presented an actual deal. At no point did they structure an offer, show me options, or attempt to make a deal work. Instead, it felt like they were more focused on pre-qualifying me for their convenience rather than actually helping me purchase a car. Buying a vehicle should start with transparency and real numbers, not assumptions and pressure before even seeing a car. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
