My first thanks is to God for granting me my fun wish. I also want to extend my sincere appreciation to Warren Mitchell, who did all of the hard work to make this happen. Thank you to Prince Lakha for collaborating with Warren and helping bring my fun wish to life. Peter was acceptable in stepping in, picking up the pieces, and riding along with what Warren had already set up. The finance manager was also okay. He moved me through the process as quickly and smoothly as possible, although he did not follow all of the steps Warren had requested. Overall, my experience was okay. I would rate it a three, as there were specific instructions that were not followed, which affected the overall process.

Alfonso, the body shop manager, is simply AMAZING! On the day I moved to the South Bay, some “friendly neighbors” smashed in several of my Jeep’s windows and stole whatever they could grab (which was a lot, because my car was packed for moving). Upon discovering the break-in, I didn’t really know what to do, so I called SCDJR, selected the “body shop” option, and had the good fortune of being connected with Alfonso. Alfonso could have told me to call an auto glass repair company and hung up, but instead he went above and beyond to help me. Alfonso had me email him some photos of the damage so he could assess whether repairs to anything beyond the glass itself would be needed. I was concerned about getting the broken windows replaced quickly, because I didn’t have a secure place to park my car (which was still loaded with the belongings the thieves hadn’t been able to reach) and I was towing a loaded trailer that needed to be unloaded and returned. Alfonso identified an awesome auto glass company that would be able to replace the broken windows with OEM parts that same day. Instead of just giving me the auto glass company’s number and wishing me luck, Alfonso coordinated with the company on my behalf and had the company reach out to me—so the only thing I had to do during this stressful experience was respond to a text from the auto glass company with my location. A team from the auto glass company met me at my storage unit and replaced the windows on site (shout out to the storage facility for allowing this); they were done before I was halfway through unloading the trailer. Alfonso messaged me later in the day to make sure everything had been satisfactorily completed. Alfonso greatly lessened the painfulness of this unpleasant experience. It’s rare to find someone who completely solves a customer’s problem without pushing any of the mental labor to reach a solution back onto the customer—but that’s exactly what Alfonso did (and this seems to be a common theme, based on many other reviews that mention him). Alfonso is a huge asset to SCDJR, and as long as he’s with the company, SCDJR will have me as a customer!

I would like to send my compliments to Andres my sales rep and Rafa the sales manager for making my experience at Sunnyvale CDJR such an easy, painless, and honestly fun experience. Andres was great in having the truck I originally inquired about right up front for me when I arrived. Allowing me to take my time on the test drive and even suggesting I drive the same trim level with the other engine so I can make sure I am confident in my choice. I also had my young son with me and everyone at the dealership was amazing interacting with him and even answering some of his questions about all the different makes and models they sell. When it came time to talk numbers Andres and Rafa presented me with a very fair price and handled my trade in and made me a very happy new customer.

Purchased an R1T from here yesterday. Sael helped guide me through. They made sure that the car was fully inspected and serviced by Rivian before I picked it up. Sael was very communicative via text the entire time, and I appreciated that they have NO HIDDEN FEES here. Great dealership to do business with!

Sold me the wrong part, AFTER confirming my VIN. Refused to return it 3 days later because I didn’t have the receipt and for some reason they can’t track back the credit card or lookup the purchase in anyway. To clarify, this is an in stock item, Filter, NOT special order. Part has their dealership name clearly on it. If this is how they treat a $60 part, no way ever trust buying a vehicle from them.
