I have been taking my truck here for almost 3 years now and Jorge is by far the best service advisor to work with. Jorge always gets me in a loaner vehicle when possible and usually a truck knowing I have to carry my hand tools with me for work. Jorge always goes the extra mile to try and accommodate me and has never let me down. They always try their best to get extended warranty work approved and covered to avoid costly repairs to me. This last time especially, when I had a lot of front end work done on my truck I noticed a slight noise when going over bumps and pulled over to discover a missing brake caliper bolt. Mistake and accidents happen. I called and they had the diesel mechanic Charlie, assigned to my truck, out to me within the hour with a set of new bolts. He got me back on the road in a couple minutes and literally saved my weekend trip up north! Couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of the service that I’ve gotten at sunrise Chevy!
