I recently visited Sunrise Toyota on May 20th, I was interested in leasing a new vehicle after moving on to Long Island, for my wife. Toyota has always been my choice as a reliable vehicle and we needed something more practical with space and a proper cargo area. I browsed the showroom floor just looking, I wanted to ask a question as we hadn’t made my mind up yet, I say that but my wife knew what she wanted. We met Loord and from the start he was an amazing, confident and courteous salesperson, he treated us with respect and went straight to business, I am extremely grateful for his kindness, service and listening to me when it comes to how I wanted to structure my lease. There were very few times that I went to lease a vehicle and the process was drawn out and tiresome, but Loord and the team at Sunrise did an amazing job getting the lease deal wrapped up in an amazing timeframe. We are very happy with our 4Runner and my wife of course loves her choice, Loord seems to have a knack in finding exactly what his customers like and presenting them with it and making the lease process painless. Thank you Loord we will be back when it’s time to get another based on his excellent customer service and sales skills.
