Had a wonderful experience purchasing my new 4Runner at Sunrise Toyota in Orillia. Alex was awesome in explaining everything upfront about the vehicle and the delivery. It was hard waiting for delivery as the 4Runner was coming from Japan! Took a few months but once I saw it, it was well worth the wait. Alex and the staff at Sunrise went through all the details and made it easy to go through all the paperwork and then connecting the 4Runner to the Toyota App. All done with professionalism and great pride in delivering such an awesome vehicle to a very happy customer. I would highly recommend Sunrise Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I had such a great experience with Sunrise Toyota and their super friendly team! I called them completely out of the blue after my license plates were stolen and I needed help getting my new ones put on. They were incredibly accommodating and told me to come right in! From the moment I arrived, everyone was so genuine and caring. They took care of everything quickly and made what had been a stressful situation so much easier! On top of that, to turn my day around, they even offered me a free plate cover, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture! It’s rare to find a team that’s this supportive and kind.
