My husband and I had a great experience there with Jeff the salesman that helped us to buy our new used 2011 Ford Fusion. We received great customer service at Sunroad Automotive Group, the salesman Jeff was very prompt and not pushy at all. He diligently helped us get the price we wanted and get the purchase done that day. Worst customer service ever!!! I walked in to pick up my vehicle and there were 4 employees sitting there and not one of them even acknowledged that I was there until after a few minutes one of them asked if I needed help never taking my vehicle to San Diego Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram again.
This place is a bunch of crooks. Do t ever go to BMW of El Cajon. It’s not even a real BMW Dealership. That’s why they act like ghetto bafoons.
