Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota

So easy to deal with these guys, once we agreed on the price. I did paperwork from across the state so only dropped the check, test drove and we were out the door. No surprises (Negative ones). The car was delivered in as-new immaculate condition. The waiting area was nicely appointed with internet, chargers, coffee, cookies, snacks, etc. just a dang shame we had to return across the state during love-bug season. Heck, we even got a caddy goodie bag full of Caddy merch.

I’ve found Sunset by far and away the best group to deal with in Sarasota and the greater Bay Area and Sarasota Cadillac is arguably the crown jewel. The facilities are immaculate, they have a great inventory and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone shopping for a luxury vehicle in Southwest Florida.

Had a great experience at Sunset Cadillac, Sarasota FL. The whole team was helping me out between finding the right car for our family. Elizabeth was super knowledgeable on the models and trims. Matt Tooey ran numbers, Jared was Sales Manager got me where I needed to be. Everyone was real patient with me while I looked learned the vehicle. I know what a good sales experience is and this was it! The entire staff, is a class act!

Doug Hillman made it incredibly easy to locate and purchase the exact car I wanted. All was able to be done by phone and internet. When I should up to get the car it was backed in, detailed and ready to go. Best experience I’ve had buying a car!!

Bought a car that was Car Bravo certified. During my vacation car had an issue. Car bravo warranty stated to take to any GM dealer for service and spelled out for the servicing dealer how to start a claim and sublet the repair for a non GM vehicle. They refused to honor warranty. Even after showing them warranty papers that were very clear they still refused to honor. I will reach out to GM to file a complaint also.
