Sunset is my go to they always take care of me very well . It was kind of hectic for me cause my terrific salesman took a great opportunity closer to home . So here came my stress of choosing a sales person I know I can work with it’s tremendously hard to replace your guy that always comes through for you . Jason the sales manager really stepped up to the plate beautifully and a New but a very caring and energetic motivated sales agent were able to keep up and assist me in the creativity I came to do . Long story short I achieved with the assistance of the great professionals and even better people at sunset all the goals I personally set out to achieve which can be tricky . But ultimately drove off that lot with the Best Half-Ton not only in looks but in options sunset had to offer the 2026 Silverado 1500 ZR2 thing is loaded the Nines in Cypress grey, Black with perforated grey stone leather and interior . Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! Every aspect of our experience at the pre-owned lot was amazing. Everyone here was fantastic. Cory was my salesman and he went above and beyond with helping me finding the right truck for me. From start to finish, the personnel in the Sunset Chevrolet Service Dept were OUTSTANDING. Everything was addressed and reviewed and our vehicle was delivered QUICKLY! We LOVE the “courtesy” oil changes provided by Sunset, combined with EXCELLENT Customer Service!

I made an appointment for a recall on the fuel injector. They scheduled it out so they could order the part. I had my Blazer in early, about 7:45a.m. and was told they would try to have it done by the time I got off work at 1:00 p.m. My husband is disable and this is our only car so I told them if it wasn’t ready that I would need a rental. I was then told I had to give 24 hour notice. I told the original lady this when I scheduled the appointment originally. Shortly after 11 a.m. I was called and told the part was on backorder and I could come get my vehicle. I work. This was the 4th time I’ve had the Blazer in for issues since November. When I drove it back to work after picking it up my Auto stop button, adaptive cruise and lane assist no longer work. I have one payment left and was thinking of trading it for a new Blazer with Sunset. Everyone is always pretty nice but all the work with constant issues is disturbing. I’ve paid out of pocket for towing and additional work I was told was needed. The Blazer has less than 30,000 miles. I had my last car for 21 years and when I traded it for the Blazer it had just over 100,000 miles. I take care of my cars.
