Thanks so much to AC Vance, Carley, and Marissa in the service department for quickly helping me in distress out of state. Also a very special thank you to salesman Robert Morman for getting me to the airport a good distance away. I made it home to Oklahoma due to his generosity! Good people at this dealership!

Sent my truck in for a recall and to see why it wasnt turning properly. They told me it was bc of my steering stabilizer (which i knew I needed a new one) but was not the problem. After picking it up and spending 200 bucks on a "diagnostic fee" my truck still doesn't turn well to the left (stabilizer removed) and my recall wasnt fixed after I was told that it was. I went back in and asked why the lights and stored messages for recall were still there tech informed me he forgot or looked over it and recall issue wasnt actually done. And before I came to pick it up one of the ladies at the service desk called me and stated "the tech talked to your husband earlier but its something, a bunch of words I don't remember but a shock or something was the problem". Honestly was a complete waste of her time to call me if that's the best she could come up with. Not to mention, if you're working in service and you dont understand whats being done, the very least you could do is write down what the tech says so you can relay the message properly. I asked for a call back from tech which I never recieved.

Had an issue with my vehicle running hot only to find out my high speed radiator fan not kicking on . Basically spent a lot of money for no reason replacing thermostat and other things when that should’ve been checked from the start .

This place spot on from the time I made the first phone call to a young man named Seth. He listened to my situation and vehicle challenges I was having, invited us to the dealership service department, welcomed us in. He explained the d requirements and prices in an outstanding manner, easy to understand and very professional. After the vehicle was taken into service, we were invited to their waiting area, explained about the drinks, snacks and layout. Very nice area, we talked several of the staff and it wasn't long before Seth and Katie called us back to service. Great team work between them in explaining what services were going to be done, the timeline and offered us a loaner vehicle. Everything they told us about the technicians findings and timeline was accurate beyond belief. The warranty work, problem solving and ability to fix the problem was far beyond our expectations. I can only say thank you and I will highly recommend this service department to any needing vehicle maintenance.
