Predatory Fees, Deceptive Sales Practices, and Illegal Operation of Vehicle ​I am filing this review to warn other consumers about the unethical business practices at SuperAutos Miami. My experience with this dealership has been a complete nightmare characterized by "bait and switch" tactics and total negligence. ​Deceptive Financing: I arrived with a Capital One pre-approval, which the dealership (specifically salesperson Alvaro Priano) intentionally ignored to force a predatory 17% APR loan through another lender. ​Abusive Junk Fees: Their contract is loaded with unconscionable charges, including $1,749.00 for "Document Processing" and an outrageous $1,904.00 for a "Private Agency" fee on a Rebuilt Title vehicle. ​Illegal Registration Status: Despite paying all required registration and titling fees in March 2026, the dealer has failed to provide a permanent license plate. My second temporary tag are now EXPIRED, leaving me with a vehicle I cannot legally drive. ​Lack of Accountability: The staff has been dismissive and unprofessional, even suggesting that I should drive illegally because local police are "flexible". ​This dealership's failure to finalize my registration is causing severe hardship for my family, especially as I deal with medical conditions and a pregnancy in the household. I have already escalated this matter to the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and the FLHSMV. ​Stay away from this dealer if you value your finances and legal peace of mind.
