Just purchased our third vehicle from a Superior Dealership, second from the Dodge Dealership. Couldn't be happier. All Superior Dealerships are amazing but I think that the Dodge Store is the best. After months of shopping & multiple trade & outright purchase offers from other dealers, we are well aware of what our vehicle is worth just had not found the specific car we were shopping for. Was excited to have found the vehicle we have been looking for via internet search at Superior in Siloam. Read some wonderful reviews about a specific salesman & called to request him. I told him our situation & what we are looking to buy/trade for. I was fully upfront with the previous offers we have received. I then received a call from Dennis (not the salesman-I assume the sales manager) making an offensive offer on our vehicle $9,000 less than the amount 3 other dealers have offered for trade ($7,000 less than dealer offer for outright purchase). He tried to convince me that the auction price is what he’s offering me, what he doesn’t know is that I have access to auction numbers as well through a family friend & Dennis was offering me $5,000 below auction numbers as well. We could absolutely sell our car outright for one of the higher offers we’ve received from other dealers, then purchase the car this dealership has without a trade deal but I ended the conversation immediately because I do not want to do business with any dealership that would treat customers as if they are uneducated & make such an insulting offer. I was not surprised to come find multiple similar reviews. Do your research before shopping or trading with this dealership, know your car’s value & don’t let a dealership convince you otherwise. I’m thankful I did not waste my time driving 150 miles to be treated as I was by phone negotiation.

We had the best experience here! Steven and Connor are amazing, but everyone was extremely patient and friendly with us. It really helped our anxiety so much! We didn't have the best credit, but we were still able walk out with a really nice car that fit our budget. I'm so grateful and happy.
