Awesome experience with Randy and Susan in Arkansas! Highly recommend this location. Both were helpful and more than willing to meet the needs of our family. Truly wonderful people that care about the needs of the customer. We drove from Georgia to Arkansas to purchase our new van and the experience and customer service there made it well worth the trip. Amazing experience with them. They are very well experienced in providing the best solution for your mobility needs. I spoke with Allison Clark and she quickly addressed my needs. Nothing was rushed and she made everything at an ease of access. Hats off to her. She deserved to be on a higher level in her position. Everything went as planned and I will follow thru with them. This was such a good experience to buy from Randy at Superior Van. He took the time to educate us on all the different options available. He also got to know us personally, so he could help us to know what would work best for our needs. We have purchased two vans now and couldn’t be happier! We've yet to spend any money @ Superior in Jonesboro but when we do, I expect to be able to easily bump those stars up. My wife is a highly mobile para (works, drives herself, shops etc. etc.) but still confined to a chair. Her current vehicle is approaching its end-of-life. Based on 22+ years in her Quickie and a number of handicap equipped vehicles she has her own opinions & desires when it comes to a replacement. We research any big purchase and a new ride definitely qualifies. I put together a list of what we wanted & sent it to every provider within a 500-mile radius of our home (Memphis, TN). I got a couple of cursory responses along w/ one from Randy. I followed up w/ them all, adding some detail & timeline info, etc. The only person to provide the information we wanted was Randy @ Superior, Jonesboro. By approaching this in a fashion we wanted and not the seemingly standard approach of other providers I've interacted with, when it comes time to write that cheque, we'll be handing it over to Superior at Jonesboro and all because of Randy.
