Superstition Springs Lexus

We were in need for finding an suv that would fit my families criteria and price. We found a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition here at Superstition Springs Lexus. We made an appointment to check out the car. We were greeted very nicely and Fred (our salesman) also greeted us. He and his team were not pushy, understood what we needed in the car and what we were comfortable paying. They exceeded everything, and Fred did everything he could to match what we needed. Our car buying process was smooth, stress free and downright pleasant. Our Sales Consultant, Michael McClure, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My husband and I were in the gathering information phase and going out of town for a week. Knowing there was no imminent sale, Michael still took time with us, showing us a car on the showroom floor, answering all our questions. There were no pressure tactics. Upon our return, we met with Michael, showing him our "car wish list". We would accept more features but were not compromising on the items we actually wanted. We expected a lengthy wait, but Michael had the perfect car, albeit with more amenities than we asked for. We met with Sales Manager Karl Schoneman, who patiently went over the various dealer added accessories, adding the few our car needed to fulfill our wish list. Michael, Karl, and Kaleb in Finance all made the whole process seem effortless. They could not have been any nicer, treating us more like friends or family than customers. Michael McClure is at the top of Sales Consultants we have worked with and SS Lexus is a top-notch dealership. I highly recommend Michael and the entire SS Lexus team. This review would've been succinct if I had just used my husband's only comment - "They made it easy."

I had a great experience buying a car and wanted to give a shoutout to John at the dealership. He was very helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. It’s not always easy buying a car, but John made it a really positive experience. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a vehicle!

Well everybody, this place absolutely rocks.... after visiting a dozen and a half dealerships in 3 days, salesman Fred Scanlan and manager Greg were the only dudes in the valley that even tried to work with me. I don't want to go up on about the others but I saw clowns, I had one dude tell me there was no reason to negotiate with me at all ...and a whole bunch of power plays making you wait No bs here, the dealership is prime.... every car coming out of here is in A++++ condition and they're still willing to work with you on price.... it was both refreshing and surprising considering other experiences.... Fred is the man, Greg REALLY knows his stuff, I had awesome conversations with others there too.... Thanks again dudes!

I saw the used Genesis online and I made an appointment to come see it. I originally wanted a G70 sedan but when I saw what this GV70 offered with its top of the line model, I was very impressed. I worked with Vinny who was very friendly, polite and was a no pressure salesman. We took it for a test drive and I was ready to trade in my C8. I was offered a fair price and came in on Friday to sign all the paperwork. Ryan, the finance guy was also great to work with and we purchased an extended warranty. Vinny followed up on a chip repair and paint touch up. Vinny is just so chill and great to work with. I'll be back to have the Zaktek reapplied in 6 months. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received at this dealership. 5 stars all the way from the reception desk to completing the purchase. Brent the GM, even followed up with a call to make sure everything went well and we were happy with the whole experience. 🥰🥰
