My husband purchased a car on October 18th and was promised certain issues with the car would be fixed asap. From constantly ordering the wrong parts, getting mixed answers, broken promises, and dropping the car off multiple times including eventually just leaving it for days at a time…the entire process was a nightmare. Especially for someone who is active duty and has limited time to keep going to Raleigh. The car was finally fixed on December 26th but then they misplaced the car keys!! Fortunately I had a spare key to bring up there to pick up the car. We sat there for awhile hoping they would say they found the key but nobody was there even though they should have been open. They eventually found the keys after we drove all the way back to Ft Bragg the same day so once again we had to make another trip up there the next day because I didn’t want to take any chances of it getting lost again. Now that the car is fixed he loves it and it was purchased at a great price but the hassle of going back and forth was not worth it. Maybe if they were more organized things could have gone smoothly. There are so many cash car dealerships on Capital Blvd, I hate that he chose this place. The first red flag was being sold a car with a promise to fix letter but lesson learned. UPDATE: 5 months after purchase & 3 months after getting the car fixed by them, the car stopped working. Found out the alternator and battery were bad. Battery was an easy fix but thank God for YouTube, we were able to put a new alternator in ourselves….buyer beware! Just do your research on the car you get from them.

HUGE shoutout to AL at Supreme Raleigh Auto — because this man absolutely showed up for me. I walked in with an intense level of anxiety that comes with buying a used car, and AL met every single one of them with patience, kindness, and a level of compassion you just don’t expect in this industry. He didn’t rush me. He didn’t pressure me. He didn’t try a single shady tactic. Instead, he treated me like a human being who deserved honesty and fairness — and that alone set him apart. Want to give a big shoutout to Al, he was willing to work with me when my bank was giving me a hard time but he knew that I wanted to go forward with a purchase and he did his job to get me to that direction. Also gave me the courtesy to clean the car all up before I went and headed up out there to make it looks nice. Really feel great working with him, patient and straight-up, perfect for someone you want to talk with if you have a plan and if something doesn’t go right.
