From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and stress-free. We purchased a Chevrolet Equinox and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Our salesperson, Yana Zeti, was fairly new but did an amazing job. She made us feel comfortable right away, was very attentive, and went out of her way to be helpful throughout the entire process. We chose Surgenor Barrhaven because we saw a truck on their Facebook page. We arrived walked the lot went inside and was introduced to Chandler Alarie, he got to know us asking needs and wants, we asked our questions then he showed us the truck all the features and we did a test drive it was what we were looking for, Chandler was very knowledgeable ,thorough anything he was unsure of he took the time to get the answers and followed up with us. He was very detail oriented making sure we understood all features of the truck. He was busy but didn’t rush took time and made sure all our questions were answered. We made a great deal, got our NEW RIDE Chandler again met with us reviewing all details again on day of pick up, he was prompt and ready to show all features he never rushed us he was very professional great sales person We also dealt with Joe in Warranties he was very knowledgeable and ensured we picked the best coverage on our used truck we appreciate both these staff for the ease of sale and welcoming manner thank you very much
