I had a fantastic experience buying a vehicle from these folks (a used Lexus RX350). Eric Dagenais is a superb sales person - transparent, efficient, and energetic. The rest of the office staff were equally helpful and good-natured. My experience has also disproven (for me, anyway) the conventional wisdom in Manitoba that says "never buy a used car in Quebec." I now believe that was probably a legend created by vehicle dealers in the west. The fact is, high competition and a much larger market means quality used cars can sell for thousands less in Quebec. The only truly dubious vehicles I came across were being sold by a particular licensed Lexus dealer *in Ontario*, but that's another story. My Quebec experience was perfect.

Our first EV purchase, so we had lots of questions. Gabriel Ionete was very helpful, making the whole process easy and pleasant. His quick & thorough responses for information about chargers and details for our insurance broker were greatly appreciated.

A very positive experience with my Equinox EV. Yanis is an excellent salesperson, honest and trustworthy. After a terrible experience with competitors who made me sign documents, took a deposit, and gave me false information about vehicle availability, Yanis, on the contrary, worked very hard to find me the car I wanted, without asking for anything in return. His approach was personal, professional, and serious from start to finish. I also greatly appreciated the many extra touches, the politeness, the respect, and the regular follow-up throughout the entire process, even after the sale. I highly recommend him!

I go to Surgenor for my oil changes. Always quick and courteous service. Things got complicated when my Cadillac broke down. Inadequate communication, and it took over three weeks to complete the repair. Extremely disappointed.
