Surprise Ford

Great experience all around! Roger, Josh, Steve, and Morgan were all super helpful and kind. I bought from out of state because they had the vehicle with the exact add-ons and color I wanted. They kept in touch with me during the whole process. They sent pictures, videos, and even FaceTimed me before I arrived. They also helped me set up my Ford Pass app, and went over all the features in my new truck. The whole process was quick and efficient, and not like a typical dealership I would definitely purchase with them again! Thanks guys!!

Surprise Ford is a great dealership. The BEST! There were No Surprises at Surprise Ford. Very easy to work with, no back and forth B$ that usually comes with car/truck buying. I had one of the best car‑buying experiences I’ve had in a long time. They worked hard to make sure everything fell into place. Thank you to everyone at Surprise Ford. The service department, however, was not what I expected—the customer service is lacking. During my first oil change, they didn’t reset the percentage back to 100%. I also asked if they could check a notification Ford sent me, but the representative didn’t seem to care what the notification was. He said it would take two to three days to look at it and didn’t even offer a loaner car, even though I live in the East Valley and it’s an hour drive to the service department. Purchasing a car at Surprise Ford was a good experience, but the service so far has been disappointing.

Jose was great showing us the 2025 Big Bend Bronco. He spoke to both my fiance and I, always making sure I was included which was appreciated as not all dealerships include me(being a woman) in the conversation. He made sure I was comfortable with my new suv and was patient and answered all of our questions and made sure my fiance got to test drive it and enjoyed it as well. He made us feel like old friends even just meeting that same day. He took lots of pictures and videos for me with my new vehicle and pictures of our whole family with our daughter included. He helped keep our daughter entertained when she got upset with coloring books, crayons and their play area for kids. Steve and Morgan were great too. Very helpful and answered any questions we had. 10/10 recommend and would definitely return when we ever do decide to get another vehicle.

I would have to say this has been the best experience we have had at a dealership. No pressure. Adam has been the best sales person we’ve ever had. Everyone was super nice and respectful. Surprise Ford to us is highly recommended. And we love our new Explorer.
