My Sales Consultant, Cole, changed my thoughts and I ultimately left with the perfect vehicle. Cole wasn’t pushy and far from the “salesperson “ approach. He showed me a Jeep Compass that surpassed all my expectations. He explained the vehicle trade in process, the paperwork and shared that he would be available for any follow up questions. Tristan was knowledgeable and quick to help me look up the battery I needed for my car and provide me an estimate. He provided kind and courteous service. Teresa met my needs by coming to me and putting in my battery. Didn’t even know this was an option. What a relief to not have to worry about getting a tow truck and trying to coordinate services. Tristan, Josh and the team went out of their way to help us when our 2016 Ram 3500 experienced a DEF pump problem on our first day of travel from Grants Pass OR. We were stuck in Susanville CA until the pump could be repaired. Although their service schedule was booked many days out and they were short-handed, they squeezed us in on the same day that we appeared at their doorstep and even after encountering an unexpected diagnostic dead end, persisted in working on our vehicle and had our truck back on the road within 24 hours of our arrival. On top of that, they generously permitted us to park our 5th wheel camper on their lot while our truck was being repaired. Again, thanks to everyone for the “above and beyond “ level of courtesy and service extended to my wife and I.

Exceptional service, up front about any costs before providing the maintenance service. They were helpful with any questions I had and worked fast. All around great. Highly recommend I will be servicing my car here again. Thanks to Tristan and the crew who worked on my car.
