Going in, I was feeling stressed about the process of buying a new car. It seemed hard to know where to start and who to trust. Sutherland Auto Sales was such a lifesaver in what seemed like such an intimidating situation! Throughout the entire process, they were always quick and clear in communication, and extremely accommodating to my schedule. Every one of the people working at the dealer and garage was beyond friendly, making me feel truly at ease in my decision to entrust them with helping me find my next vehicle. I walked away from the experience with a beautiful car I love that I got at a fair price that fit my budget, and I feel confident that I made the right decision in choosing Sutherland Auto for this important purchase.

Could not say enough good things about the guys at Sutherland Auto. Nearly a year ago I bought an Audi S3 from them, and I have not had a single issue with the car to date. So I live nearly 300 miles away in a different state, and I choose to purchase a car from these guys because they had the exact S3 I was looking for with all the options I wanted at a bellow market price. I gave them a call and they seemed like genuine guys, they were easy to work with despite the distance they answered any and all questions i had about the car. So I decided to put my faith in two guys I never met before, for what is a major purchase in my life, and I'm super glad I did.

I lieu of calling and making a complaint that will go absolutely nowhere, I decided to leave a review for my fiancé and his experience with Sutherland. Considering they did nothing about the issue the first month after the sale was made. After purchasing an 2013 Infinity G37 X, we noticed a problem possibly with the transmission. We brought it in for an inspection at Sutherland. They test drove the vehicle and claimed there were absolutely no issues and the car was running perfectly fine. Upon receiving the vehicle back, we continued to have the exact same issue with what we suspected was the transmission. 20,000 miles and a year later, our suspicions turned out to be correct and we now haven’t had a vehicle in about 6 months. A brand new transmission through the Infinity dealership costs anywhere around 12k. If the issue was rectified the first month after purchasing, we would still have a working vehicle. I believe they were possibly dishonest and didn’t want to put out the money required to fix their mistake—selling us a vehicle with a faulty transmission that failed at only 60k miles.

My husband bought a 2011 BMW 535 from Sutherland. We worked with Marlon and it was a really awesome experience. He was super to deal with. The car is in mint condition! I plan on buying my BMW 4 series from Marlon soon! Thanks again

I recently purchased a BMW Z4 thru Marlon. He made the buying experience easy and comfortable with no hidden costs. Dealing with a sales dealership 3 hours from our home could have been somewhat difficult but Marlon was available when I called and made the car available when I wanted to see it and later pick it up. I would recommend buying from Sutherland Auto; and in particular Marlon; in the future.
