Sutliff VW 10/10! I got an incredible deal on my new GTI, and the entire process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Mike Grady, the sales manager, he was professional, transparent, and made everything easy and stress-free. Kudos to the rest of the Team, other Mike and Thomas for making everything so smooth. They also gave me a very generous trade-in offer on my 2020 GTI, which made the decision easier. Randy spent a lot of time showing me around even after I told him I wasn’t buying that day. He took me for a drive and thoroughly walked me through all the features without any pressure at all. Genuinely a great guy. You’ll be in very good hands if you ask for him.

Bought a new Jetta from them their salesman were not pushy, we felt at ease and after checking around we actually found that they were giving us the best deal around

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at your dealership. I purchased a vehicle from you a few years ago that has required three heads and two engines within only 40,000 miles. Furthermore, I was disappointed to learn that the dealership informed VW corporate that they had spoken with me regarding an open case, when no such communication ever took place. Due to these ongoing mechanical issues and the lack of honest communication, I will no longer be a customer of Sutliff.
