Suzuki of Edmonton

I called Suzuki of Edmonton on Wednesday (Feb 11) morning and spoke with Lana. She was incredibly helpful and quick to arrange an alternator for my Outlander, and they were able to replace and install it the very next day. The service was affordable and reasonably priced. The team was accommodating and truly went the extra mile to get the job done with flying colors. I really appreciated the prompt, professional service and would highly recommend them!

We have taken our Suzuki vehicles here for repairs and maintenance for the past few years. We bought a used one from them recently and were very impressed with the easy transaction. We have been so happy to find a business for our car repairs that is fair and we can trust. They are helpful and show great customer service.

I will give them 10 stars if I could. I had an emergency situation with my Kia Soul. I called Kia services, they quoted me $600. I called around several other places and they all wanted me to book an appointment. I got a lead to Suzuki of Edmonton and called them. They took me in right away. I waited there only below one hour and they fixed my car. Not just that they fixed my car, they also showed me what really happened. Lana and the other lady were super friendly. I haven't seen any car garage places this honest or friendly.

I was told that west side Suzuki was the place to go. I did a little research and decided to have our 2010 Grand Vitara towed to the south side from Morinville for a coolant leak. Lana in service dept has been amazing, I have never in my 40 years of dealing with service depts have ever had service like I’ve gotten from her. The communication from her has been the best, any little thing, she would call and run it by me before proceeding from start to finish. I won’t get into detail of what she did to get the car back on the road, but let me tell you, Lana went far above what was expected, and I hope Suzuki South knows just how special of a person they have there for a service rep. Totally recommend for any work needed! I would not go and won’t go anywhere else with our Suzuki!! Thanks Lana and Suzuki if Edmonton. Matt V

I changed my engine oil here about a month ago. They did a great job. They also checked other parts of the car and explained everything clearly.
