Very unpleasant experience at the Service Department. Totally disappointing. Treated quite poorly. Unprofessional staff. If I never went back it would be too soon. Sure gives Cadillac a BIG BLACK EYE! BEWARE!!
if there is 0 star I would give it to them. the worst service of all through out of anchorage, never recommend anyone purchase EV vehicles at this location. they don't have any expert to fix or even looking at your vehicle....DO NOT BUY VEHI|CLES HERE
