Swickard Toyota 101

I recently got a new Rav4 XLE Premium at Swickard Toyota 101, and my experience was amazing. My sales agent Sanjeev was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly patient, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. I also want to mention how great Vahid was and sales manager Adam. I had an older trade in and from the beginning they gave me a fair price, and did not low ball me. They truly wanted my business. They mentioned that they were like a family with their customers and it really showed. Id like to also thank Carlos in finance. He really worked to make sure I left happy. I had called other local dealers that day and they weren't responsive or weren't professional. I felt welcomed at Swickard Toyota. I am in love with my new Rav4! Our family will only purchase future Toyota's from them! If you want a fair, low stress and low pressure experience with being treated with respect, then you can't go wrong here!

I spent countless days dealing with different sales reps from all over California since the Grand Highlanders are hard to get your hands on. At least the night shade editions are. But when I came across Swickard totoya I was introduced to Vahid Hashemi and my whole perceptions of salesmen changed. He was so respectful and was genuinely concerned of our family's travel to Swickard. He made this whole process easy and stress free and I am so glad I was able to meet him. Not only did he answer all my questions, he went above and beyond by taking out all the owners manuals and physically going over them with me on important topics such as warranty. That is something I greatly appreciate as I have never had anyone do that. They treated us as we were their immediate family members and I highly recommend this dealership.
