I just want to take a moment to share my experience with Daniel at Switchcar. I was shopping around for the right collector car for about a year now, and since my financial statues are always good, looking for that iconic collectible was a challenge until I found Switch Cars, and while browsing their collection, I found this E46 M3 in such an immaculate shape. Daniel was there every step of the way from the moment of my inquiry to closing the sale. His dedication and patience are what gained my trust and attention which was very important. He answered all of the questions I had and went above and beyond by sending me the video walk-through to make sure that there were no CEL, errors, a reg flag on the dash that I may notice and everything functions as it should. He is very transparent about the car's history and its last owner. Very thorough and up front and also very prompt in his reply and follow-ups. The shipping was also a highlight hook it up with Mike's Transport, very fast, very friendly, enclosed trailer safe and secure same day delivery, and expectations. Great choice! That being said it tells me how the owner and the rest of the staff reflect this car business. I can say that they look out for my best interest and not the other way around. Daniel at Switchcars is amazing! Great communication throughout the process (I live in Utah, so I couldn't visit the dealership in person). I ordered a PPI from Lemon Squad on a Friday and we completed the sale by Tuesday (it would have been faster if LemonSquad completed the PPI earlier). The car arrived exactly as described about a week later. No hidden problems that I could find. I live in Utah, but will likely purchase more cars in the future from Daniel.

Again, I was blown away by SwitchCars’ excellence. Lastly, the post-purchase experience matched the rest of it: top of the line. I went from a first-time customer to a lifetime customer. I don’t think I’ll buy a car from anyone else again! I couldn’t be happier.

Purchasing a used car has always been somewhat of a gamble. Doug and the crew at Switch Cars has made the entire process effortless and worry free.
