I cannot say enough about Stephanie, Wayne, Tanner, and everyone at Swope Jeep. They went above and beyond to help, even despite being so busy. These folks are the real deal! A few hours into a long road trip with two dogs, our Jeep had an issue and we were on the side of the interstate in the July heat needing a tow. Swope happened to be the closest dealership to us, and when I called, the service manager Stephanie was so kind, and did everything she could to make sure we weren’t stranded. A normal repair would have to wait, but they responded to our emergency with unmatched hospitality, genuine concern, and empathy. Wayne, Stephanie, and Tanner (& everyone else we encountered!) welcomed us and our two pups, checked in often, and ultimately got us back on the road. Truly one of the best examples of customer service and community care. THANK YOU to the Swope Jeep team!!

Broke down on a cross country roadtrip from Vermont to Texas, all I can say is thank god we broke down in Kentucky because we found ourselves 2 minutes down the road from this dealership. We were able to trade in our car for a truck and finish the second half of our roadtrip no problem. Meghan and Brad were amazing and helped us load up the car and get back on the road. We’re so thankful for our experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for hospitable and caring service.

Just bought a new 2026 Dodge Charger Six Pack Scat Pack from Swope Dodge. Adam Hargis, Sales, was excellent working with when purchasing the vehicle. Very professional and patient while we were deciding on what vehicle we wanted. Went in to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X and changed to the Charger while paperwork was being processed on the Wrangler. Adam has a great personality and is very customer focused and would be a great person to work with when purchasing a vehicle. Shout out to Brad Dennis, General Sales Manager. Another great person and excellent to work with. Highest recommendation. Devi in Parts was outstanding when ordering touchup paint over the phone.
