I live south of Milwaukee and normally have tried to buy cars locally. I found a car I liked at Symdon Chevrolet in Monticello. Without a doubt, one of my best car buying experiences ever. Brett the store manager saw my internet inquiry I submitted on a Sunday. He replied while at home on his day off. He put a proposal together which I accepted. I drove to their dealership, found the car as advertised, and closed the deal. No handoff to finance manager, no pressure buy of add-ons. If you wish you could find a different dealer with a simple buying process, call or stop in and ask for Brent. I will be back when looking for my next car.

This was by far the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning the the sales team took care of me, valued my trade and their pricing was more than reasonable.
