The quality of work seems to be okay but I have realized over time that they are absolutely overcharging. I am a senior on a fixed income and have recently received 2nd and 3rd opinions which confirms my hunch. Overcharging anyone is bad business, let alone an elderly veteran. No longer a customer.

Again, hats off to Chris and the service staff at Symdon Ford of Monticello. I was getting the "Air dam fault" alert on my info screen. Called Chris, he told me that he could get me in right away meeting my schedule. I learned of another obligation and called Chris back after he graciously squeezed me in to change, "No problem Bruce, what works for you?" was his reply. I asked a few mechanical questions while there and Chris provided a picture of what I was asking about and told me what all was going on with my truck. They are great folks to work with and I am happy to be doing business there.

Had 3.5 ecoboost cam-phasers replaced. Chris the service manager was excellent: Friendly, professional and courteous. Work was done promptly and communication was excellent. Cost was competitive or better than quotes elsewhere. Local service at its best.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle was immaculate inside and out. The sales managers Rick and Brett were very courteous. Brett got me financed quickly and I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
