Thank goodness I never bought the vehicle (Buick Encore). Make sure furlture customers ask many questions and demand service report. We went through the financing with them and never went back after they refused to fix safety issues (broken reflector and exposed electrical hole in bumper) and disclose the service report. It was marked as a "As is" vehicle and they (primarily the used car manager and his salesperson - who tried to add 3k on invoice cause she was not understanding her job) tried repeatedly to hide the truth. After many attempts and requests to pay for a third party inspection they finally gave the report that had "Major Oil Leak - Declined to repair." They wouldn't even expand on details and refused to let me speak with tech. Tried calling the headquarters in Highland. Spoke with GM and they were "disgusted" by my story but did nothing... never heard back. Buyer is to definitely beware at this dealership. Also, if ownership or management wants to respond to this review like none of thos is fully accurate, I have it nearly all in texts that I screenshot from both company number and Used Car Manager cell phone (that he started using after i refused to talk on phone for this very purpose. I can provide all those texts through here if needed.
