I was in for a failing key fob. I was just past maybe 8-10 days past my warranty and 2 months before I had to turn my lease back in to get another Jeep. I was stressed about having to pay big money for a new fob but Dillon Wendorf took his time and helped me with a discounted price. He is very caring and listened to my concerns. What an excellent service advisor! Also, during my wait time I was looking at Jeeps. David Szymanski came up and introduced himself and worked his magic charm on me....by the time the day was over, I turned my lease in early and had my dream Jeep! That is what I call service! As "that" Jeep guy, I wanted to leave a high recommendation for the collision department at Szott Jeep in White Lake. My regular mechanic has driven my Jeep twice in 9 years and I hated it. Not because of him but because of me. Lol. So, the stress of leaving it for a few weeks at any place was on my mind. They were great. Craig and Doug handled every question, request, and all communications exceptionally. I had never had to deal with an insurance company before in my 30 years of driving and, they handled EVERYTHING for my classic Wrangler and finished it on time and like new. I'm picky, I took her and checked her out real good and as a former auto collision student in college, I can say I was pleasantly surprised with their attention to detail and my requests on parts. All body lines and gaps spaced perfectly. Great match on the paint. Excellent job from everyone involved from front to back. It really is like before it was hit. .°|||||||°.
