# Summary The dealership is praised by most customers for competitive pricing, honest staff, quick transactions, and quality used vehicles, with particular recognition for representative Gen's integrity and transparency. However, one customer reported experiencing significant mechanical issues shortly after purchase, including an undisclosed head gasket problem and damaged door wiring, raising concerns about pre-sale vehicle inspections.
Best pricing in town. I was in n out within 15min. Simple fast and easy should be their motto.
Rarely do I write reviews for any business, but my excellent car-buying experience with this car dealership absolutely deserves a public positive assessment of the dynamic here. I had the pleasure of interacting with and purchasing a used vehicle from Gen, a representative of this dealership, Tally's Motors. Every positive review of both this car dealership and of Gen herself are absolutely true. Gen went out of her way to thoroughly and honestly answer each and every inquiry as to each vehicle's condition and functionality, and permitted me to test drive all vehicles in which I was interested, even at the expense of her time after that day's business hours had concluded. Gen clearly articulated and volunteered every piece of relevant information regarding both the benefits and potential drawbacks to each vehicle, the mechanical functionality, the external/internal cosmetics, and the plausibility of use relative to the purpose in which I wished to use it; she proactively and openly explained what the "perfect" aspects were of each used vehicle but also (and more importantly) any known issue or observed "flaw" that might have existed in each vehicle, including every observed aspect noted on prepping the vehicles to be sold. Her open honesty and zero-pressure approach to customer interaction was markedly impressive; I have almost never encountered in a customer representative such legitimate integrity and a willingness to advocate for the well-being of their potential customer. Gen is the embodiment of professional honesty and is herself a true example of what SHOULD be the norm in business practice, but so rarely is. The vehicle I purchased that day is everything she said it was, and I can say without hesitation that I will be buying another vehicle from this dealership. I was more than impressed on every level. Here is my boiled-down assessment/summary: This dealership sells used cars. They are not brand new, but they are quality cars sold by honest and friendly people. If you are dead set on brand-new vehicular perfection, then by all means go overspend at a predatory customer abuse mill -- sorry (cough), I meant "new car dealership" haha. No problem. Be my guest. Have at it, and so forth. You know, you do you. BUT ... If you are in the market for a much wiser choice, if you're looking for or are considering/open to buying a used vehicle at a very reasonable and fair price, if you have reasonable expectations, and if you want to be treated as if you are a valued client who matters as both person and customer, then you should ABSOLUTELY give this dealership a chance. I have purchased MANY used vehicles in my driving career and from many sources -- I can honestly say that this was the very best experience I've ever had in doing so, bar none. I am more than impressed with this gem of a business as well as the quality people who run it. Small businesses like this one, which exemplify professional integrity sourced from the personal integrity of the staff, are rare finds in the business landscape. My sincerest compliments to this dealership as a whole, and to Gen specifically.
I just purchased a 2008 bmw, I feel the vehicle was above average for its year and mileage. I definitely feel these guys are as honest as they can be and maybe that’s why they’re tucked away in a corner. Worth checking them out.
The communication was good the owner wouldn’t really negotiate on price because it wouldn’t leave enough on his end car price was 3500 they only dropped 350 off the price. Once got the car home realized it had a head gasket issue that wasn’t noticeable due to it just pressurizing the cooling system. And within less then the week the engine has blown. So now I have a 10xl paper weight in my drive way until I can come up with the funds to replace the engine. Not to mention the back rear door wiring harness was cut so the back window and lock did not work. I would not recommend buying from them or if you do take it to a shop you trust and have them go though it. Also found out on the drive home car had no power on hills after 3rd gear.
After looking at cars being sold by individuals for several days and experiencing frustration with the sellers not having the title or not having the smog in or the car wasn't as described, I went to Tally's motors and bought a great car for a low price and the license and tags arrive in the mail a week or so later! So easy! Check out tallys if you want a good car for a low price
