Tamaroff Nissan

I'M so glad I bought my Nissan at Tamaroff ,the service department was great. Not just there work but the guys were so nice to me & had my car ready to go in very little time. The waiting room was spotless with any thing a person could want while they were waiting for there car. And for the guys thanks your the best !!

DO NOT BUY NISSAN!! Took my wife’s Pathfinder to Tamaroff Nissan in Southfield for oil change and computer issues. Still under warranty. No problem with oil change, but I was told that it would have to stay overnight and maybe even longer for the computer issues. No loaner provided, but you can rent one from us for around $45 per day. So for a WARRANTIED repair I would still have to fork over at least $100, if not more. I shouldn’t have to pay for Nissan’s poor product quality and performance. This is my wife’s second Nissan and she had multiple issues with her last one. 😞

To say that I'm in LOVE with my new Pathfinder would be a drastic understatement. Thank you Rhonda, Paul and everyone else that was part of making this happen! The entire experience was easy and stress free. They even squeezed me in late Saturday afternoon before closing, just to make this dream a reality! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming including my new buddy Nash!! Even the gentleman working in the cubbie next to hers was helpful and accommodating while I was there. Rhonda, I can't thank you enough and anyone reading this, I highly recommend her!!!

This is my 4th time receiving service from Tamroff. I would have given it five stars; however, I had to inform one of the reps that a complimentary oil change came with the recall service. He initially told me no, until I showed him the email. Otherwise, the service was good.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tamaroff Motors Southfield Service Center. During a routine oil change, I was told that my front and rear brakes were at 3 mm and that I urgently needed new brakes and rotors, with an estimated cost of $1,400. This immediately raised concerns for me. I purchased the vehicle in May, it is a 2023 model, I work from home, and I had experienced no warning lights, noises, or performance issues whatsoever. Because of this, I declined the service and chose to get a second opinion. I am extremely glad that I did. The independent mechanic measured my brakes at 6 mm and advised that replacement would not be needed until later in the year, with a reasonable estimated cost of $400–$600 total. And that nothing was currently wrong with my vehicle. This directly contradicted Tamaroff’s assessment and pricing. Based on this experience, I feel that the recommendations I received at Tamaroff Motors were misleading and significantly overstated. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs from this service center.
