From a first time buyer who has never left a review in her life. James Gilbert is the BEST sales man at Tameron Hyundai if you’re a first time buyer or not. He was nothing but kind, informative, patient, and personable throughout the entire time I was there. He answered all of my questions completely while fully explaining everything in a way that I could understand as a young woman and first time buyer. We even went to another location where he wouldn’t even have been able to sell me a car just so that I could look at everything there too! While I was waiting to get approved he sat with me the ENTIRE time in the lounge. Showing me where the “better snacks” were and truly making conversation not just small talk. I filled out paperwork Saturday for the car but unfortunately could not take it home with me because it still needed to be serviced. Come Monday when it was supposed to be delivered there were some mix ups on the dealerships end and I find out I’m not getting the car that day either. I texted him about my frustrations and he is PERSONALLY delivering my car to me. If he wasn’t willing to do that I’d still be waiting on my car. Despite the mix ups my overall experience was amazing and it 100% was because of James. And to the dealership or whoever reads this it would have been a COMPLETELY different review if it were not for him.

When I say I don’t plan on buying another vehicle from ANYWHERE OR ANYONE ELSE BUT TAMERON HYUNDAI, I mean it!!!! They are some of the BEST auto dealership people I’ve seen in a LONG time, and I APPRECIATE how they do business!!! Sales Manager, Shon Casey, is A-MA-ZING and has REALLY put together a dynamic, professional, and effective sales team who rate second to NO ONE!! They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and you LIKE what you get!! They make sure you are informed along the way, and they make the car-buying process so comfortable and very LOW stressed! Anyone there would roll out the red carpet for you, but if you want the ice cream WITH the whipped cream and cherry on top, you’re gonna wanna ask for JAMES BASS- he’s the SUPER SALESMAN of the place! In fact, I swear he has a SUPERMAN outfit under his jacket!!! We’re on car purchase number THREE (3), from Tameron, and that should tell you all you need to know about why YOU ought to make them your ONLY choice the next time you’re in the market for a NEW or USED QUALITY vehicle!!!

Mark was an amazing salesperson and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with every step and helped us find a vehicle we absolutely love. His professionalism, patience, and dedication made for a great experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I had an outstanding experience working with Yezan. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained all of my options clearly, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his expertise and personality. Yezan is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, but he also makes the experience fun and comfortable instead of feeling pressured or transactional. He was patient, honest, and focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. If you’re looking for a top-tier car salesman who truly cares about his customers, I can’t recommend Yezan highly enough. Just purchased our third Hyundai in two years from this dealership, this time for my daughter. In a world of salesman you can’t trust, this place has continued to amaze me. I don’t know if it’s the relationship we’ve built with this team or the fact they are just really good at what they do, I’ve never left without feeling I got the best car possible at a great value. Tanner, Chase, Jay, Cameron….no matter their specialty; they are great guys that will not stop until the sale is complete and you’re comfortable signing those papers.
