My husband and I were just there . A little Jeep Wrangler caught my eye . So we went in to see what we could get worked out . The little girl behind the glass seemed friendly and nice . Told us the salesman Alex was in the bathroom. Ok fine . I sit down to wait while my husband went to look at the truck deals . 15-20 minutes later. Still no sign of Alex . Thought about telling the receptionist to make sure he wasn’t dead in there . Finally we said we are outta here . Very unprofessional. We are not wasting our time . We don’t like to waste other people’s time . We are not sitting there while Alex scrolls through his phone on the john . We will look elsewhere.

I am very disappointed. I have went here for the past three years and they have been great. I was just there the other day and to me they took me across. Was there one day to talk about a vehicle the next day it was gone I was still interested and they couldn’t even bother to call or nothing and say anything of hey don’t have your hopes up. We did sell this. Was there anything else you would be interested in at the time like anything and this is for Alex and Darrell and I really respected Darrell but he disappointed me highly with this and I don’t think I will ever be back to that dealership again. Have a blessed day if I could give no stars I would. Very disappointed especially running for state representative pretty sad

Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle! Alex and Darrell treated me with kindness, courtesy and respect. They did not try to push anything on me. They are very Professional! I will always buy from them in the future.

Took granddaughters car there because she bought it new there expecting to get good service. A/C was out on it. Repaired at 930.00 charged 30.00 to use her CC. Drove it one week. Same problem. Wanted another 900.00 to repair same problem that they should be warranted but still tried to charge again. Don't take anything there to service dept they don't stand behind their work. Traded car off the next week at another dealer. Bad Business!

Darrell is top of the line along with the front desk, service, and parts departments, all professional and willing to help in any way.
