We recently purchased two vehicles — a 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 and a 2025 Yukon XL AT4 Premium — and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. When it came time to finalize the deal, Johnny, the Finance Manager, was equally amazing. He worked diligently to secure the best possible rates for both vehicles and made the financial process clear and stress-free. This was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. We recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and after dealing with 10+ other places, this was hands down the best experience we had. What stood out right away was how upfront and transparent they were. All dealer fees and costs were clearly explained (no hidden fees, no games, no back-and-forth and NO BS REFURBISHING FEE!). After everything we went through at other dealerships, that alone was a huge relief. Their pricing was fair compared to others we looked at, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and fast. This was easily the quickest and most straightforward vehicle purchase we’ve ever had. Everyone we worked with was kind, welcoming, and patient, especially with our kids, which meant a lot to us. They even stayed late to make sure everything was completed that same day, which really shows the level of customer service they provide. One thing to note is they don’t use outside lenders, but we were still able to get a rate that was very close to what we had through our credit union, so it worked out well for us.
