Richie was excellent with my husband and I. We went in there with 2 different thoughts and Phil was the one that put my husband and I on the same page. I was very happy and satisfied with everything and everyone. I was very relaxed in there, that never happens at a dealership. Everyone was kind and great. Richie is the best!!!

The services that said that were checked off as “done” were not done. I went in for a diagnostic of my check engine light, a service steering system message & my oil change. I was told it was my evap system and two parts that needed to be done. The price was a little higher than other competitors, however after thinking it throughly I decided to give them a chance since my car was already there and my oil change was already being done. WORST MISTAKE. I dropped my vehicle off at approximately 945 am and picked it up at 6pm. I was highly disappointed with my results. I was not greeted very friendly off the start. Once I got to my vehicle my oil life was not reset after being changed, if they even changed it because now I’m doubting that! My check engine light IS STILL ON!! I was not communicated well with about it! I Was told after the services were done that it was something else??? I had to wait with an employee to try and trouble shoot to reset the oil life on the dash at 6pm after leaving my vehicle at 10 am!!! I had to direct HIM on how to do it after he tried to google it. I was afraid to even pop my hood and check my fluid levels at the moment because I was so upset with the other things that were signed off as done and were indeed NOT done. I called to talk to the service manager around 10 am the next day and again around 4pm and no one ever got back to me. I really tried to give them a second chance to try and make it right and no one has called. Very unfortunate. The worst part was after a long day working in the operating room the last thing I wanted to do was pop my hood to see if the services were done and they were not!!! I was VERY disappointed and I feel very taken advantage of! I paid almost 1,000$ and none of my fluids were topped off but checked off as they were and my tire pressure is supposed to be 36 each tire and they are all about to explode after Sean the technician working on my vehicle checked off all he “did”!!! I am beyond livid!!!! I really am an understanding and kind person so the fact no one tried to make it right is outrageous. I’ll attach the photos. I feel taken advantage of because I am a woman and I went in alone! How embarrassing! How am I supposed to believe they even did anything to my car!?

On my way to Providence RI my engine dash light illuminated so I stopped at the Tasca Chrysler jeep dodge ram dealership to have it checked out. My 2025 Pacifica only has 12,000 miles on it. An while there had some routine maintenance accomplished too. My vehicle was attended to in a prompt timeframe an was in an out in record time. However the indicater for engine issue came back. Had to return to the dealership. I was given a complimentary vehicle while my van was scrutinized a tad more. Hopefully after a part was ordered (not sure about details yet). So after weekend will hear back about issue! Great coffee & snack items with comfortable TV area! Thanks!

Dennis, Rich, and the rest of the staff were all excellent. Their expertise along with clam demeanors shined through, turning what could be an anxious day into a smooth memorable experience.. a true turn key experience. No haggles, no surprises. I look forward to enjoying this new vehicle knowing they will be there if any questions may arise. Will definitely be going back for the next car as well.
