Tasca Kia White Plains

We visited this location after receiving an offer in the mail for our EV 6 which we were leasing and almost running out of miles on. We met with Trevor Zelaya who was a very pleasant young man. We were worried about a potential penalty for end our lease early but the dealership offered $5000 (in the mail offer) which basically covered our remaining payments. We didn’t expect to leave that day with a new car but it happened. Trevor was not pushy and didn’t make us feel pressured. He was knowledgeable and knew all the options available for us. He let our toddler ring the sales bell, lol. The whole team was wonderful. We got a 2025 Sportage PHEV X-Line Prestige AWD. It has everything and more than we needed and we were happy to do business with this location. We definitely recommend Trevor and the team at Tasca Kia!

I visited Tasca on 5/2/26 initially wanting to purchase a EV9 but walked out with a Kia Carnival. Our salesperson Young Ko was great, got us the trim and color we wanted and no pressure at all. Young had already reached out a week prior on my EV9 inquiry and kept me up to date throughout. I’ve went to other dealers as well but Young kept in contact and was patient with me as I went back and forth on deciding what car to get. I live in South Brooklyn and made my way up to White Plains which shows how much I liked the service and attention I received. Also thanks to the sales manager and Young for helping watch my kids while the paperwork was being completed with snacks, drinks, and toys; hope they didn’t cause too much chaos. Just to add, the Finance Manager MJ was great too. Explained everything thoroughly and got me out of there quick.

The team at Tasca Kia was extremely helpful. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist upon arrival and offered beverages. I did not wait long at all for the sales rep, Omar Valle. Omar was kind and knowledgeable. We reviewed the inventory options, test drove my desired car and he worked up a great deal. Omar worked around the clock, even after I left, to ensure communication was clear and consistent. He paired up with James, the finance manager, to get me the best possible options and we happily settled on a new car. Everyone was amazing.

As someone who has had less than favorable experiences with dealerships in the past, I found my experience with the staff at Tasca Kia of White Plains to be outstanding. I scheduled a test drive, was offered refreshments and was immediately placed with one of their salespeople, Val. Val is a very patient and upfront young man. He explained all of the vehicles functions with great patience. We went out for a test drive in a Kia S and we discussed budget and he beat the number I had in my head. Plus, I was given a very fair price on my trade in. I left with 2026 Hybrid Kia Sportage EX with the amenities I wanted. All in all, my experience was very favorable, no pushy sales, no add-ons that I didn't ask for just great customer service. I have driven this smooth car now for about week and am getting great mileage over my old car. I would definitely recommend Tasca Kia of White Plains. Shout out to Jake the sales manager who was also very helpful and attentive.

We had an amazing experience at this dealership. This is our second time buying a Kia Telluride. Imad was one of the most thorough and thoughtful salesperson I have encountered. He did not engage in any bait and switch tactics. He also advocated to his manager, Jake who was also very transparent and reasonable. We had a great experience compared to our first time buying a Kia at a different dealership in westchester. We recommend coming to this location and asking for Imad.
