The Salesperson, as well as the financing gentleman, and all other supporting players were very professional and accomodating in the one week experience we had in purchasing our 2022 VW Tiguan. The salesman (Kyle Lobo) was very informative, not pushy at all, and was very genuine in his presentation of the inventory, the test drive, and all of the follow ups leading to our VW used car purchase. The financing guy (Chris) was well informed on both the extended warranty as well as the financing opportunities. I actually got an extremely competitive financing rate from my own Credit Union, and the team at Tasca VW was able to beat that rate and get me a great deal. Overall, a very positive experience dealing with the sales and financing team at VW Tasca in White Plains.

Tasca is the best dealership. They are wonderful to work with and everyone involved in selling me a new Kings Red Sport 2026 was amazing. The sales people are excellent and experienced and know their products. Special thanks to Bob the GM of the dealership who runs a tight ship and has the best people on his team selling new cars. In addition, a very Special thank you to Chris Potamianos-Finance Manager who is extremely detailed and very good at explaining the financial aspects of the deal of the car. Chris is also very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Chris is super on ensuring that the final details of your car deal is complete by checking with the accounting office to make sure check to buy your car is signed by the owner and check fed ex with tracking number is given to to to ensure final details of your complex transaction is completed and done right. Chis is amazing at his job and should be rewarded and recognized as an asset to this organization and without him it truly would not Be A 5 Star dealership. He was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The Tasca Volkswagen customer service representative went way beyond what was needed and expected during my recent visit. After we determined that my current extended warranty was not represented on my profile, he spent a great deal of time on the phone with the warranty company, reworking the estimate so I could take full advantage of my warranty investment.
