While looking for a car I went to Tate Branch in Artesia. I went hesistant because in the past when I was looking for a vehicle I went there and it wasn't a good experience. I was blessed to have Mani Morales be my salesperson. I went and told him exactly what I wanted and he was prepared with many different options. He walked that whole parking lot with me on a very hot day. He never lost his smile. He walked through everything and made sure I had no questions. He was so honest, sincere and upfront with all information, so much so that when I went to another dealership in Roswell I was able to see that they were NOT honest and it kept me from dealing with an unscrupulous company. I can never thank Manny enough for the education that he gave me when I met him. I would highly recommend Mani from Tate Branch in Artesia for anyone who would like to deal with an honest person. It's been a wild ride with Tate Branch in Artesia and the staff. First vehicle was a difficult one putting it lightly but Noe, Brian, Dallen, Kayla, Manuel and Maria never gave up and found the most perfect jeep for me and my family. From searching to sales to mechanics for slight issues to finally driving away to go home. It took time but when I say the wait was worth it man I really say the wait was WORTH IT!
