When this location was previously owned by Joey Accardi, the service was exceptional. I always felt supported and would gladly take my vehicle in for repairs, service, and maintenance. I felt I was in good hands. Now that it was been turned over into Taverna, my experience has been horrible, and this was just for a cosmetic fix, I would not want to see myself in a bad situation and had to rely on this poor level of service in a real vehicle emergency. It truely is a shame, as I was a dedicated customer to Joey Accardi at this location for years, and to be treated soo poorly was very saddening. And don't bother to even try to call their Service or Parts Center... I gave up after my third attempt of waiting longer than 15 minutes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Taverna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Pompano, and a huge part of that was Angel Alfonso. He truly lived up to his name—an absolute angel! Angel made the entire car-buying process incredibly easy and stress-free. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no painful back-and-forth negotiations, and no games. He was kind, honest, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. Best of all, I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours, which was faster and easier than my experience with CarMax. I absolutely love my new car and couldn't be happier with the experience. I would recommend Angel to anyone looking for a smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable car-buying process. Needed recall work done with N appointment booked well in advance for 2/19/26. This was done via a phone call, NOT online. Arrived 2/19 and no one seemed to find my appointment nor confirmation. Said I scheduled online and no mention I spoke to anyone before. Then told I have to leave the vehicle there for several days, or bring it back early at 8 am on 2,/25. Then I get an email saying I missed the scheduled appointment on 2/19. I responded saying I'm "not interested" and refused to go back on 2/25. Thinking I'd go there and no one would know what they're doing. Horrible service. Yet if you don't need service and are buying a car there, they would be more helpful than ever.

Edouard made my car-buying experience genuinely enjoyable. He was warm, polite, and easy to talk to from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Thanks to his help, I drove off in my new 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Sahara feeling excited and taken care of.
