I look for differential fluid for my 2010 tacoma. Firstly was not happy with the inexperience part guy at the front desk, even though i politely asked for help but he can't find the fluid or didn't want to do so. Asking me to wait for few weeks with extremely hight price. I asked to meet manager and David came out, he understood situation right away and solved my problem. Thank you David, we need more people like you at Toyota.
