I’ve been dealing with Taylor Chevrolet for a long long time. I’ve had three sales persons, and they all have worked with me and my wife. We really clicked with Alice. She knew what I wanted and worked with me and exceeded all my expectations. Really wish I could differentiate between the sales and service department and give 2 seperate reviews. Tinley and the sales staff were great when I bought my car. Easiest car purchase I've ever made. However, I just waited 90 minutes for an oil change when I had an appointment. Turns out, the car was ready 15 minutes before I was notified. 75 minutes is still too long, because it put a massive hiccup in the start of my week, but communication is obviously not a strength in the back.

We had an amazing experience working with Joe. From the very beginning, he was extremely family-oriented, patient, and understanding of our situation. We came in with credit challenges, and instead of making us feel discouraged, Joe worked with us to find options that actually made sense for our budget. He went above and beyond to make sure we left in a reliable, safe vehicle that truly fits our family’s needs, not just something to make a sale. He also took the time to explain ways we can improve and rebuild our credit, which meant a lot to us. If you’re a family, dealing with bad credit, or just want someone who genuinely cares and doesn’t pressure you, Joe is the person to ask for. We’re extremely thankful for his help and would recommend him to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

I wanted to recognize a lady I came in contact with when I desperately came into the dealership to get my key fob looked at. Here's my story....My fob has not been working so well lately so at lunchtime I ran to CVS to get a CR2032 battery and had someone at work put it in for me. Unfortunately it didn't work...I came home at the end of the day and tried a different battery but this time I broke the little piece that secures the battery into the fob...I called the dealership and got Jennifer who was nice and told me to get there by 5:45 and have the parts team look at it to tell me what my options were. I got there and everyone was amazing 👏 A very nice guy parked me, took me to parts and that's when I met Patty....This woman should be commended for her amazing customer service skills. She took my fob, used her own battery and tried several things to get it working. She and Amanda tried cutting up paper, tape, and whatever they could to try to help me. Although I know I will eventually need a new Fob, I commend Patty from the parts team for wanting to help, going above and beyond, especially with giving me her own battery, and the multiple times she kept trying. Patty from the parts team, you were so very kind, so willing to help, trying to help in any way you could, you deserve to be recognized for your amazing customer service! You are an example to so many, a light to shinewhen I seeded someone to help. I hope GM reads this because they need to know that you are truly an asset to their organization! Thank you so very much for going all out to help me. 👏 👏 👏 I appreciate you and how you handled my concern with grace, dignity and respect! Kevin Dodson was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. His communication during the entire process made everything from turning in my lease to locating a new vehicle, financing, explaining the options of the new car, etc. a stress free experience.
